Publishing

Guides to publish the Caramelo Platform chatbot on websites, intranets and restricted areas.

The Caramelo AI chatbot can be published in different ways, depending on where it will run and who can access it. Before following the guides in this section, understand which modality fits your scenario:

Publication typeWhere to useWho can access
Public Chat (Script or Link)Open websites, landing pages and blogsAny anonymous visitor can talk to the bot
Intranet Chat (Authenticated Access)Intranets, customer portals, ERPs and web systems where the user is already logged inThe chat automatically inherits the logged-in user’s identity (name, email and ID from your system)
Login and Password ChatClosed groups (team, VIP customers, beta testers)Whoever has the link + shared login + password
Plugin ChatPlatforms with a ready-made integration (e.g., WordPress)Installed via plugin, with no code editing required

Below are the guides available in this section:

  • Public Chat (Script or Link)

The simplest way to publish the chatbot: copy a ready-made snippet and paste it into your site. Any visitor can talk to the bot — no login, no backend.

  • Authenticated Chat (Intranet)

Publish the chatbot inside your intranet, customer portal or web system: the chat automatically recognizes who the logged-in user is, without asking for another login.

  • Login and Password Chat

Publish the chatbot protected by a shared password: whoever has the password gets in and chats; whoever doesn't only sees the access screen. No technical integration.
